How to make quick breakfast smoothie


This is not going to be much of a tutorial since the smoothie is really up to you and your preference. I just wanted to share what I've been putting in mine!

You can honestly use anything! This is just what I had in my fridge but The main components for my smoothie will always be Greek yogurt, soy milk, spinach and banana.

Amounts of each ingredient is really all up to you and your preference. Want more creamy and thick, add more banana or yogurt or peanut butter! Use more soy milk If you want to thin it out.

Ready to blend!

Yum-o! This tastes so good with the peanut butter and cinnamon blended into it. :) I hope you enjoy and try incorporating green smoothies into your life!
