How to make creamy broccoli coleslaw


Mix broccoli slaw, julienne carrots & fresh broccoli florets

These are the broccoli stems after I cut off the florets. If you are really ambitious you can peel these and slice them into julienne strips for your slaw. It's waaay easier to buy it pre-packaged.

2 cups mayo

2/3 c horseradish sauce

6 tbsp white vinegar

4 tbsp milk

2 tbsp plus 2 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

handful of sunflower seeds

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

Voila! It's sooo good! Make it 24-48 hours ahead of time & chill in fridge to bring out the best flavor. Cut the recipe in half if desired.
