How to make quinoa side dish with cucumber, tomatoes, evo


Nice and healthy!

1 cup quinoa + 2 cups water boil then simmer covered for ~15mins

Chop up your ingredients

Stir in sautéed onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and add salt to taste. Stir in olive oil

Let stand then enjoy warm or great for the next few days in Tupperware chilled
